      ArcticTradings Ltd is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

      The license confirms that the Company has met all the requirements specified in its internal procedures and external obligations to be activated by CySEC, and remains under the supervision of the Commission during the process of provision of financial services.

    • ICF

      The Company is also a member of the Investment Compensation Fund of Cyprus.

      The purpose of the ICF is to provide insured clients of the companies registered in the CySEC with compensation payments, if these companies are unable to pay them themselves. In these cases, the compensation may be up to 20,000 euros.
